Download the OPM app, sign up with your email or phone number, then verify your identity with a photo of your ID and a quick selfie. Most accounts are ready in minutes.

A valid passport, national ID card or residence permit. In some cases we may also ask for proof of address.

Sometimes we need to check a document manually. You’ll see the status in the app, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s done.

Open the app, tap your main account, then “Account details”. You can copy or share them in a tap.

Share your OPM account details with your employer. Your salary will appear in the app as soon as it arrives.

Move your balance out, then go to Profile → Account → Close account. You can also contact our team to help.

Tap your card in the app and switch on “Freeze card”. It works instantly, and you can unfreeze it the same way.

Freeze it straight away in the app, then order a replacement from the card settings. If you see payments you don’t recognise, contact us.

Go to Cards → Add card → Virtual card. It’s ready to use online immediately.

Transfers between OPM accounts are instant. Other transfers depend on the payment network; the app shows the expected arrival time before you confirm.

Scheduled payments can be cancelled any time before they’re sent. Instant payments can’t be reversed once sent, so always double-check the recipient.

Contact our team as soon as possible with the payment details. We’ll do our best to help recover it.

Never. OPM will never ask for your one-time codes, PIN, password or full card number. Anyone who does is a scammer.

Freeze your card, change your passcode, sign out other devices in the app, and contact our team right away.

Go to Profile → Security and switch on Face ID or fingerprint login.

In OPM Business, go to Team → Invite, choose their role and set a spending limit for their card.

Go to Transactions → Export and choose the period and format. You can also invite your accountant with view-only access.
